We Seal It was established in 1994 and has successfully sealed over four thousand homes in the Phoenix, metropolitan area. We provide a safe and easy way to seal new and existing homes. This highly effective program decreases pest infestation by 85% to 95%. We Seal It is not a pest control company, we specialize in sealing voids and cracks in homes to keep out pests such as Scorpions, mice, rodents and spiders.

We Seal It has sealed nearly 1000 homes in the McDowell Mountain Ranch & Anthem Subdivision. The main challenge for all of the homes sealed in this area to date had complaints about scorpion infestation. This problem has been virtually eliminated with our ‘Desert Proofing’ program.

The sealing of homes in the Construction Phase was developed and added to our program after receiving an overwhelming request to do so from more than 75% of new home owners in the out-reaching areas. We Seal It has been sealing homes in the ‘New Construction Phase’ for the past three years. We are proud to announce that we have had 100% customer satisfaction to date.
